Fitco, (Abbreviated for First Imperial Trading Company), was a Halloween branding company in Commerance, California founded in 1992. They were known for their products in the "Straight from the grave" production line starting around 2000. In 2009, they quit the Halloween decoration industry and transitioned to opening "Trendy Halloween" and "Halloween Club", Halloween shops that sell costumes and props all year long. The company produced products for Spirit Halloween from 2000 to 2008.
The company was closely affiliated with Pan Asian Creations and the two companies have often shared molds and audio. This has led to some confusion about which company produced what products such as the Face-Changing Reaper (Fitco) and the Vampire in Coffin (Pan Asian).
