The Billy Butcherson Hanging Head is a static prop and Hanging Head sold by Spirit Halloween since the 2018 Halloween season. It resembles a head with long black hair, eyes with black rings around them, a stitched up mouth, and old pale white skin. The prop is officially licensed from the film, Hocus Pocus.
